Prescott Valley Roof Repair

Prescott Valley Roofing Contractors

Repairing or installing your roof is one of the most important projects and expense a property owner can do regarding their property. Finding a roofer you can trust and rely on for your new roof or roof repair job can be difficult.

You've landed in the right spot here with us, Mikku and Sons Roofing. We've been serving the greater Phoenix, Prescott and Prescott Valley areas with quality roof repair and roof installation services since 2001. We have an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau and give free estimates for shingle roofing, tile roofing, flat roofing, foam roofing and commercial roofing.

In addition to providing your family protection from the harsh, and sometimes extreme, Arizona elements, your roof is one of the best insulators for your property. If your roof needs to be repaired or replaced, it could cost you hundreds, possibly thousands, a year in increased utility bills.

A worn or cracked roof could result in leaking, which could cause mold and/or bacteria to grow inside your property, possibly decaying your homes structure, forcing them to be replaced and also possibly allowing dangerous allergens into your home or business, which could lead to serious health problems.

Don't leave these critical repairs to an unlicensed, inexperienced and unqualified roofer. Be sure you're employing a professional, properly licensed and insured roofing contractor. We use only the finest quality of materials on your roof. Our certified estimators and installers will make sure your roof is installed or repaired properly and completed within your timeframe and budget

The success and lifespan of your roof depends on many factors:

  • The quality and type of materials used
  • The manufacturer of your roof's materials
  • The method used to attach your roof
  • The prep work done before repair or replacement
  • The lifespan of your type of roof
  • The best colors for our climate
  • The warranty of your roof

We understand how important it is to manage the increase in customer demand that happens during our volatile monsoon season. One way to ensure your roof is solid is to get a professional inspection completed before the storm season so you're not caught off guard with a minor leak that one of our monsoon storms could turn into a large, expensive issue. We can help guide you through any problems found to recommend the best, most affordable solution.

Roof Types We Cover:

  1. Shingle Roofs – Due to their many colors, styles and affordability, these are the most commonly used roofing materials on the market today. Asphalt Shingles are made up of composition substrate or fiberglass. They can last 20-30 years, can look good with very little maintenance and are fairly inexpensive to repair compared to other materials.
  2. Tile Roofs – Made from concrete or fired clay, they provide a level of fire safety and durability that other materials can't. there are many colors and styles to choose from, for any type of design need. One of their main advantages is increased air circulation to your roof. Coupled with their insulating and sun reflective values, they can help reduce energy consumption. Only professionals should be used for inspections, however, as the tiles can break if walked upon.
  3. Modified Bitumen Roofs – This is a single ply membrane made up of asphalt and rubber. You use a fiberglass base sheet attached to the deck of the roof, then heat the modified bitumen with a torch, welding it in place. Its really well-suited for high traffic areas. Its very flexible, so it can be used for flashings or in built-up roofing systems.
  4. Polyurethane Foam Roofs – A combination of isocyanate and polyol is used to make this type of roof system. You mix these 2 components together and then spray it onto the substrate, which makes it seamless and incredibly stable. It has an excellent lifespan, provides high insulation ability and is very easy to maintain and repair.
